De functie
As a real pro in hospitality, you absolutely enjoy pleasing your guests. You work with rotating shifts, something you have a day shift, sometimes you work in the evening.
Together with your colleagues, you prepare everything for opening the casino. Often, familiar faces are already waiting for the casino to open; of course, you recognize them immediately. When they enter the casino, you serve them their favorite drink and have a little chat.
During the entire day, you and your colleagues take care of our guests and make sure they will have everything they need. In the meantime, you make sure that everything looks tip-top. Most important is that you pamper your guests and treat them like real VIPs. Throughout the day you serve our guests their favorite drinks and snacks. Before serving, you prepare the snacks and meals to make sure they have the time of their lives!
The day just flies by, no one day is the same at Jack’s Casino!

To fit in the job of service employee we expect:
- Experience in catering, leisure or retail sectors, but mainly a passion for people;
- Good communication skills
- Stress-resistance
- A representative look
- Flexibile employability due to alternating shifts.

Jack’s Casino Sassenheim is part of JVH gaming & entertainment, a market leader in land-based casinos in the Netherlands. Safety and care for our guests are top priorities; you will be trained to be able to supervise safe and responsible play behaviour. We also provide training courses in hospitality, knowledge about slot machines. Explanations of our games are all part of our standard.

Het aanbod
What’s in it for you?
- a gross monthly salary of 1975 EUR, based on 40 hours a week, supplemented by allowances for night hours.
- Annual bonus
- 25 days off and 8% holiday pay
- A travel allowance of 21cts/km
